The course has been directly aligned to the ITIL® 4 Foundation syllabus as published by Axelos™ in preparation for delegates who chooses to prepare themselves for the ITIL® 4 Foundation Exam and delivers the following context:

  • Explain the concepts of the Service Management framework in support of candidates studying towards the ITIL 4 exam.
